Returns & Exchanges – Easy and Fair
We understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected — and that's okay.
At Myshkaa, we offer a 3-day easy exchange policy on all orders, no questions asked.
- Raise a request on our whatsapp number 9971197111
- Share the picture or the SKU code of the product you want in exchange. We will book it for you.
- Send back the parcel on the following address:

- No extra charges for exchange.
- If you want refund, then you can return the article back to us. We will deduct Rs 100 per item in the order for courier charges and refund the whole amount to you after receiving the parcel from your side.
Please note that we cant provide the reverse pick up facility from your doorstep due to limited resources.

🔁 Exchange Process – Myshkaa.in
Step 1: Request Exchange Within 3 Days
Customers must WhatsApp us at 9971197111 or email at support@myshkaa.in within 3 days of delivery, mentioning:
Step 2: Pick-Up of Original Product

We cant arrange a reverse pick-up from your doorstep.
- The customer needs to send the article back to us in the original condition.

The product must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact and in original packaging.
Step 3: Product Check & Approval

Once the returned item reaches us and passes our quality check, we ship the new product (your selected exchange item).

In case of a price difference, you’ll be asked to pay the difference amount
Step 4: Exchange Dispatch

Exchanges allowed only once per order.

Exchange is allowed for both COD and prepaid orders. No questions asked.

If your desired item is out of stock, we offer a store credit valid for 6 months.
Handling Price Differences

If the new item is of a higher price: We will send you a secure payment link to cover the difference. The new item will be dispatched once the payment is received.

If the new item is of a lower price: The remaining amount will be issued to you as a Store Credit (in the form of a coupon code). This credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be used for any future purchase on myshkaa.in.
What if you receive a Damaged or Incorrect Product?
We take utmost care in our packaging and dispatch process. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Please notify us via WhatsApp at +91 9971197111 within 24 hours of delivery.

Kindly provide your Order ID and share clear pictures and a short video of the defect or the incorrect item. An unboxing video is highly recommended as proof.

We will investigate the issue promptly. If the fault is on our end, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product at no extra cost. If the product is out of stock, we will offer you a full refund or store credit, as you prefer.
