Returns & Exchanges – Easy and Fair

We understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected — and that's okay.

At Myshkaa, we offer a 3-day easy return and exchange policy on prepaid orders, no questions asked.

  • Returns are free for all the prepaid orders. Total amount will be refunded back to the customer account.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can be returned only in case of manufacturing defects or if a wrong product delivered to you.
  • All other Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for returns, but can be exchanged.
  • Exchanges are allowed once every order at no extra cost for both COD or prepaid orders.

However, since we're an upcoming, growing brand, we request your support in keeping returns minimal. Every piece you return travels a long journey and impacts small artisans and our environment.

 

🔁 Exchange Process – Myshkaa.in

Step 1: Request Exchange Within 3 Days
Customers must WhatsApp us at 9971197111 or email at support@myshkaa.in within 3 days of delivery, mentioning:

  • Order number

  • Reason for exchange (not mandatory, but helpful)

  • Photo of the product (if required)


Step 2: Pick-Up of Original Product

  • We arrange a reverse pick-up from your doorstep.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact and in original packaging.


Step 3: Product Check & Approval

  • Once the returned item reaches us and passes our quality check, we ship the new product (your selected exchange item).

  • In case of a price difference, you’ll be asked to pay or will be refunded accordingly.


Step 4: Exchange Dispatch

  • The replacement product is shipped within 1–3 working days after the returned item is approved.


 



 

🔄 Return Process – Myshkaa (Only for Prepaid orders)

1️⃣ Raise a Return Request
Message us on WhatsApp at 9971197111 within 3 days of receiving the product.
Please share your order number and reason for return (optional for non-defect cases, required for defects with photos).


2️⃣ Return Eligibility Check
We'll confirm that the item is:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In original packaging with tags

  • Within the 3-day return window


3️⃣ Return Pick-Up or Self-Ship

  • We'll arrange reverse pickup if your area is serviceable.


4️⃣ Quality Check at Our End
Once we receive the returned item, our team does a quick quality check to ensure it's unused and intact.


5️⃣ Refund or Store Credit Issued

  • If all is well, we process your refund to original payment mode (for prepaid orders).

  • COD orders are not refundable, but can be exchanged.



Notes:

  • Exchanges allowed only once per order.

  • Exchange is allowed for both COD and prepaid orders. No questions asked.

  • If your desired item is out of stock, we offer a store credit valid for 6 months.
