Returns & Exchanges – Easy and Fair
We understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected — and that's okay.
At Myshkaa, we offer a 3-day easy return policy on prepaid orders, no questions asked.
- Returns are free for all the prepaid orders. Total amount will be refunded back to the customer account.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can be returned only in case of manufacturing defects or if a wrong product delivered to you.
- All other Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for returns, but can be exchanged.
- Exchanges are allowed once every order at no extra cost for both COD or prepaid orders.

YES. Cash on Delivery is available on most of the locations within India. Prepaid orders are encouraged and we also provide 5% extra discount on all the prepaid orders.
- We may ask for a small advance amount of Rs. 100-200 to confirm a COD order. This amount will be adjusted with your total amount of the order.
- If a customer cancels their order after it has been shipped then we will not allow COD to that customer for their future orders.

- COD orders can be exchanged but cannot be refunded.
- Prepaid orders are fully refundable.
No. Currently We are providing only unstitched suit fabric and traditional sarees. Our complete range can be broadly categorized into 3 categories.
- Handblock Suit Fabric - Made by artisans of Jaipur, Bagru using handblocks and natural organic colors
- Designer Suit Fabric - These are boutique style suit fabrics like organza, shimmer, cotton, silk, georgette, linen etc.
- Traditional Sarees - Sarees like Kota Doria, Cotton, Chanderi, Maheshwari etc. Blouse piece is provided with each saree.
