Cash on Delivery facility is available at most of the locations across India. We are covering more than 12,500 pincodes in India for COD facility. Please check on the payment page if your pincode is covered under COD facility. Currently, COD facility in J&K, Ladakh and North east India region is stopped due to operational difficulties.

Please note that orders placed after 2 PM on Saturday will be dispatched on next Monday. There is no shipping done on any Sunday or any public holiday like Diwali, Dussehra, Holi etc.

Shipping Process

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1 working day. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. We will keep you updated via email or phone if your order is expected to be delayed.
  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be free of charge from our side all over India. 
  • Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Domestic Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3-5 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional charge, usually takes 1-2 business days.

International Shipping

  • Availability: We ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination country.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Myshkaa.in is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Delivery

  • General Practices: We aim to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, but delivery times may vary based on location, weather, political disruptions, and other factors outside of our control.
  • Failed Deliveries: If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unavailability of someone to accept the package, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. Additional charges may apply.
  • Lost or Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
