At Myshkaa, we offer a 3-day easy exchange policy on all orders, no questions asked.

• Raise a request on our whatsapp number 9971197111
• Share the picture or the SKU code of the product you want in exchange. We will book it for you.
• Send back the parcel on the following address:
  Jatin Sehgal
  789, 3rd floor, Mukherjee Nagar,
  Delhi-110009
  Mobile : 9971197111
• No extra charges for exchange.
• We dont provide any refund for the orders. If you dont like anything in exchange then you will get credits in your phone number which you can use to purchase from the website later.

Please note that we cant provide the reverse pick up facility from your doorstep due to limited resources.

We want you to be happy with your purchase — always feel free to WhatsApp us at 9971197111 before buying if you need help choosing the right piece.

However, since we're an upcoming, growing brand, we request your support in keeping returns minimal. Every piece you return travels a long journey and impacts small artisans and our environment.

🔁 Exchange Process – Myshkaa.in

Step 1: Request Exchange Within 3 Days

Customers must WhatsApp us at 9971197111 or email at support@myshkaa.in within 3 days of delivery, mentioning:

• Order number

• Reason for exchange (not mandatory, but helpful)

• Photo of the product (if required)

Step 2: Pick-Up of Original Product

• We cant arrange a reverse pick-up from your doorstep.

• The customer needs to send the article back to us in the original condition.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact and in original packaging.

Step 3: Product Check & Approval

• Once the returned item reaches us and passes our quality check, we ship the new product (your selected exchange item).

• In case of a price difference, you’ll be asked to pay the difference amount

Step 4: Exchange Dispatch

• The replacement product is shipped within 1–3 working days after the returned item is received back and approved.

Notes:

• Exchanges allowed only once per order.

• Exchange is allowed for both COD and prepaid orders. No questions asked.

• If your desired item is out of stock, we offer a store credit valid for 6 months.

Handling Price Differences

• If the new item is of a higher price: We will send you a secure payment link to cover the difference. The new item will be dispatched once the payment is received.

• If the new item is of a lower price: The remaining amount will be issued to you as a Store Credit (in the form of a coupon code). This credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be used for any future purchase on myshkaa.in.

What if you receive a Damaged or Incorrect Product?

We take utmost care in our packaging and dispatch process. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

1. Please notify us via WhatsApp at +91 9971197111 within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Kindly provide your Order ID and share clear pictures and a short video of the defect or the incorrect item. An unboxing video is highly recommended as proof.

3. We will investigate the issue promptly. If the fault is on our end, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product at no extra cost. If the product is out of stock, we will offer you a full refund or store credit, as you prefer.

Please Note:

• An exchange can only be processed once per order.

• The exchange is subject to the availability of the requested product in our stock.

• Myshkaa.in reserves the final right to approve or reject any exchange request.
