Reason for exchange (not mandatory, but helpful)

Step 2: Pick-Up of Original Product
We arrange a reverse pick-up from your doorstep.
The product must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact and in original packaging.
Step 3: Product Check & Approval
Once the returned item reaches us and passes our quality check, we ship the new product (your selected exchange item).
In case of a price difference, you’ll be asked to pay or will be refunded accordingly.
Step 4: Exchange Dispatch
The replacement product is shipped within 1–3 working days after the returned item is approved.

If all is well, we process your refund to original payment mode (for prepaid orders).
