Refund Rules: The request has to be raised on whatsapp 9971197111 or email (support@myshkaa.in) within 14 days of receiving the article. The article will be picked up from your location within next 14 days and the amount is refunded within 7 days back to your account.

Return Policy
At myshkaa.in, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product, and we have outlined our return and exchange policies below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.
Eligibility: Returns are allowed even if you dont like the product or if a wrong or defective product is delivered to you. Returns are allowed within 7 days of receiving the product at your address. Reverse pickup will be done from your address only.
Exception:
For all the valid cases mentioned above, Return window between 15-May till 30-June and 15-Dec to 15-Jan is within 15 days from receiving the product. We allow this since its vacation time during this time of the year.
Request Process:

- Ensure you provide your order details and a brief description of the defect or malfunction.
- Request allowed within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Exceptions allowed till 15 days during summer period 15 May to 30 June and from 15 December till 15 January every year due to holiday period.
Product Pickup: The product will be picked up from your location within 5 working days after the request is raised. No extra charge will be levied from the customer.
Refund Process: Once the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Easy Exchange Policy
Eligibility: If you do not like the product for any reason, you can opt for an exchange.
Request Process:

- Specify the product you wish to exchange and the new product you would like to receive.
Exchange Details:
- You can exchange the product for one of the same amount or higher value by paying the difference.
- Return delivery for exchanges will remain free of charge.
