At Myshkaa, we offer a 3-day easy return policy on prepaid orders, no questions asked.

Returns are free for all the prepaid orders. Total amount will be refunded back to the customer account.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can be returned only in case of manufacturing defects or if a wrong product delivered to you.
All other Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for returns, but can be exchanged.
Exchanges are allowed once every order at no extra cost for both COD or prepaid orders.

COD orders can be exchanged (no questions asked, even if you don't like the color) but cannot be refunded since we don't have the account details of COD orders.
Prepaid orders can be returned with full refund or exchanged with another product at no extra cost. No Questions asked.
After booking COD order, you will get a whatsapp message with order details and your complete address. Please press the "Confirm Order" button if everything is correct in the message. Your order will be confirmed and dispatched on the same day. If we get no response on the message then the order will be cancelled automatically.
