At Myshkaa, we offer a 3-day easy exchange policy on all orders, no questions asked.
If you are not satisfied with the color, we will exchange a fresh piece of the same design, same product at no extra cost.
We want you to be happy with your purchase — always feel free to WhatsApp us at 9971197111 before buying if you need help choosing the right piece.
However, since we're an upcoming, growing brand, we request your support in keeping returns minimal. Every piece you return travels a long journey and impacts small artisans and our environment.
Step 1: Request Exchange Within 3 Days
Customers must WhatsApp us at 9971197111 or email at support@myshkaa.in within 3 days of delivery, mentioning:
Order number
Reason for exchange (not mandatory, but helpful)
Photo of the product (if required)
Step 2: Pick-Up of Original Product
We arrange a reverse pick-up from your doorstep.
The product must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact and in original packaging.
Step 3: Product Check & Approval
Once the returned item reaches us and passes our quality check, we ship the new product (your selected exchange item).
In case of a price difference, you’ll be asked to pay the difference amount
Step 4: Exchange Dispatch
The replacement product is shipped within 1–3 working days after the returned item is received back and approved.
Exchanges allowed only once per order.
Exchange is allowed for both COD and prepaid orders. No questions asked.
If your desired item is out of stock, we offer a store credit valid for 6 months.
If the new item is of a higher price: We will send you a secure payment link to cover the difference. The new item will be dispatched once the payment is received.
If the new item is of a lower price: The remaining amount will be issued to you as a Store Credit (in the form of a coupon code). This credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be used for any future purchase on myshkaa.in.
We take utmost care in our packaging and dispatch process. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Please notify us via WhatsApp at +91 9971197111 within 24 hours of delivery.
Kindly provide your Order ID and share clear pictures and a short video of the defect or the incorrect item. An unboxing video is highly recommended as proof.
We will investigate the issue promptly. If the fault is on our end, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product at no extra cost. If the product is out of stock, we will offer you a full refund or store credit, as you prefer.

An exchange can only be processed once per order.
The exchange is subject to the availability of the requested product in our stock.
