Easy Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with the size, fit, or style of the product you have received, you can easily request an exchange.
1. Exchange Window:

You must raise an exchange request within 3 days (72 hours) from the date of delivery. We will not be able to process any requests that come in after this window.

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached to the garment.

Products purchased during a "Sale" period are not eligible for exchange.

Custom-made services like saree fall/edging, stitching services or altered items are not eligible for exchange.
4. The Exchange Process (Step-by-Step):

Step 1 - Request Approval: We approve all the requests for exchanges if the request was raised within 3 days of delivery.

Step 2 - Reverse Pickup: Our logistics partner will contact you to schedule the pickup. The first exchange pickup is complimentary from our side.

Step 3 - Quality Check: Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection. We reserve the right to reject an exchange if the product does not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above. The only criteria is that the product should not be used by the customer and it should be in original condition.

Step 4 - Dispatch of New Item: After the quality check is successful, we will dispatch your chosen exchange product. You will be notified with new tracking details.
Handling Price Differences

If the new item is of a higher price: We will send you a secure payment link to cover the difference. The new item will be dispatched once the payment is received.

If the new item is of a lower price: The remaining amount will be issued to you as a Store Credit (in the form of a coupon code). This credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be used for any future purchase on

What if you receive a Damaged or Incorrect Product?
We take utmost care in our packaging and dispatch process. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Kindly provide your Order ID and share clear pictures and a short video of the defect or the incorrect item. An unboxing video is highly recommended as proof.
