Cash/Pay on Delivery is available at most locations within India.

💳 To ensure only Genuine Customers like you on our website, We take a small advance of ₹100–₹200 to confirm your order. The remaining amount can be paid at the time of delivery (COD).

After booking a COD order, confirmation message is sent to customer's whatsapp number, please check your address and other order details in the message. If everything is correct then please press the "Confirm Order" button in the whatsapp. Your order will be shipped within 24hrs.

Cash on Delivery facility is not available in Jammu&Kashmir, Ladakh, Uttrakhand, Himachal Pradesh and the north-eastern states due to operational difficulty.

Cash on Delivery facility is available at most of the locations across India. We are covering more than 15000 pincodes in India for COD facility. COD facility in Ladakh and North east India region is stopped due to operational difficulties. 

Please note that orders placed after 11 AM on Saturday will be dispatched on next Monday. There is no shipping done on any Sunday or any public holiday like Diwali, Dussehra, Holi, Eid etc.

Shipping Process

• Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1 working day. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. We will keep you updated via email or phone if your order is expected to be delayed.
• Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be free of charge from our side all over India. 
• Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and confirmation through whatsapp once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Domestic Shipping

• Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3-6 business days.

International Shipping

• Availability: We ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination country.
• Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Myshkaa.in is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Delivery

• General Practices: We aim to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, but delivery times may vary based on location, weather, political disruptions, and other factors outside of our control.
• Failed Deliveries: If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unavailability of someone to accept the package, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. Additional charges may apply.
• Lost or Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

We are committed to helping you find the perfect size or an alternative style that you will be delighted with. This approach allows us to guarantee that every item shipped to our customers is brand new and has never been used or returned to our inventory as a refund.

We believe this policy best serves the interests of all our patrons by ensuring product integrity and offering a flexible solution if your initial choice isn't perfect.

Easy Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the size, fit, or style of the product you have received, you can easily request an exchange.

1. Exchange Window:

• You must raise an exchange request within 3 days (72 hours) from the date of delivery. We will not be able to process any requests that come in after this window.

2. How to Initiate an Exchange:

• To start the process, please send a WhatsApp message to our Customer Care team at: +91 9971197111.

• In your message, please include the following details:

  • Your Order ID (e.g., #MYS1234)

  • The reason for the exchange (e.g., size issue, different style desired).

  • Clear images of the product you have received.

  • The product name and size you wish to receive in exchange.

3. Eligibility for Exchange:

• The product must be in its original, unused, unwashed, and unworn condition.

• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached to the garment.

• Products purchased during a "Sale" period are not eligible for exchange.

• Custom-made services like saree fall/edging, stitching services or altered items are not eligible for exchange.

4. The Exchange Process (Step-by-Step):

• Step 1 - Request Approval: We approve all the requests for exchanges if the request was raised within 3 days of delivery.

• Step 2 - Reverse Pickup: Our logistics partner will contact you to schedule the pickup. The first exchange pickup is complimentary from our side.

• Step 3 - Quality Check: Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection. We reserve the right to reject an exchange if the product does not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above. The only criteria is that the product should not be used by the customer and it should be in original condition.

• Step 4 - Dispatch of New Item: After the quality check is successful, we will dispatch your chosen exchange product. You will be notified with new tracking details.

Handling Price Differences

• If the new item is of a higher price: We will send you a secure payment link to cover the difference. The new item will be dispatched once the payment is received.

• If the new item is of a lower price: The remaining amount will be issued to you as a Store Credit (in the form of a coupon code). This credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be used for any future purchase on myshkaa.in.

What if you receive a Damaged or Incorrect Product?

We take utmost care in our packaging and dispatch process. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

1. Please notify us via WhatsApp at +91 9971197111 within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Kindly provide your Order ID and share clear pictures and a short video of the defect or the incorrect item. An unboxing video is highly recommended as proof.

3. We will investigate the issue promptly. If the fault is on our end, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product at no extra cost. If the product is out of stock, we will offer you a full refund or store credit, as you prefer.

• An exchange can only be processed once per order.

• The exchange is subject to the availability of the requested product in our stock.

• Myshkaa.in reserves the final right to approve or reject any exchange request.
